Final Post: The Finish Line & Vaudeville

Brief: Complete final post production for the five episode series in the same style as it’s predecessor Walking the Nile.

How it was done: We rolled in one of our portable finishing systems to October Films in order to work onsite with their team. The main aspect of the picture finish was to convey the constantly changing weather and landscape. This was primarily done by following the mood of each scene, starting with the warm and dusty arrival through the sparse mountainous areas into the vibrant forests. We also emphasised the different times of day to help show the amount of time passing as Levison continued on his trek through the Himalayas.
