Mercury Studios’ feature documentary for Disney+, directed by Mary McCartney, opens the doors of Abbey Road Studios for the first time on film. Spanning nine decades from classical to pop, film scores to hip-hop, it features Paul McCartney, Elton John, Kate Bush, Jimmy Page, John Williams and many more reflecting on the creative magic of the world’s most famous recording studio. Premiered at Telluride and formed the centrepiece of Abbey Road’s 90th anniversary celebrations.
