Immediate Access During the Delivery Window

We know that final does not always mean finished. All assets remain live on our systems for three months after completion. This gives you immediate access if last-minute changes, extra versions, or new social deliveries are required. For long-term storage, we can keep projects safely within our limitless cloud hosted archive system. We also support handing over the archive for your own internal storage or creating any version of LTO archive you require.

We use the same encrypted storage and QC standards during archiving as we do at ingest. This ensures your assets remain safe and consistent over time. Review materials can be kept available for an agreed period, with security options such as expiry controls and watermarking applied to match your specific security policies.
